All studio sessions are taught on an individual basis and include one-to-one equipment tuition and small group mat work. Clients go through an initial screening to assess their health, fitness level and special requirements.



Beginners’ sessions offer an introduction to the basic principles and fundamentals of Pilates. We recommend an introductory course of three sessions.

We provide "one-to-one" instruction which covers mat work and equipment based Pilates and can be taken as a set of three or ten sessions.


Intermediates’ sessions are for people who are familiar with the Pilates method and who want to maintain and further develop their fitness and skills. Exercise programmes are designed according to each client’s requirements and progress is monitored constantly.



Advanced sessions are offered to experienced clients who are interested in remaining fit and healthy and wish to improve their technique. Exercise programmes are designed in collaboration with the client and progress is monitored constantly.
