Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements most of our courses and our students come from a variety of different backgrounds. However, a certain level of fitness is required as well as a strong command of the English language. It is advisable that candidates with a non-physical background have a minimum of 6 months experience in the Pilates method, which they can acquire with us.


  1. You should fill in and send us the Application Form together with your CV.
  1. We will contact you within two weeks to discuss whether you have been accepted for an interview and to arrange for the interview to take place.
  1. You will attend your interview during which you will have the opportunity to meet the course team, demonstrate your abilities and needs and ask any questions you might have. You will also complete a Par-q form
  1. We will tell you if you have been accepted on the course by the end of the interview and you will complete a Trainee Agreement.
  1. You will send us your completed Trainee Agreement together with your deposit (please see Trainee Agreement Form for details). Then you will complete your enrolment at the studio, when you arrive to commence your training and pay the balance of your fees. Pilates Advanced Training students are required to pay the full fee on the first day of attendance.


Overseas Students

We welcome overseas students but cannot provide accommodation. However, we will assist with trying to find accommodation if this is required. Should you need a visa or general information about the UK visit:
